For nearly 30 years, EuroCave has set the standard for home cellaring solutions. Choose from a wide range of wine cabinets to suite all collection sizes and personal style. With capacities of 36 to 750 bottles, a EuroCave wine cabinet can fit into every room.
“We have found that EuroCave cabinets are a perfect fit for Vancouver’s Condo Market. They are now offered as upgrade packages with most builders of new high rises in the city. Also they are a perfect fit into the cabinetry of build-to-suite kitchens.” says Rick Underwood, President of Vancouver Wine Vault.
EuroCave Wine Cabinets are one of the few on the market that cover all the highly specific climate concerns with regards to long term aging of wine. By recreating the climate found in natural cellars, these cabinets maintain constant temperature and humidity, air ventilation and circulation while eliminating vibrations, unlike their refrigerator-style competitors.
If you happen to have cellar space in your home, EuroCave also sets a high standard for Modular Shelving Units. Turn your basement into the wine cellar of your dreams with the new solid Oak shelving and racking systems from EuroCave.

By Anonymous Toronto, Ontario May 12, 2004 –- Offsite storage meets online access as Urban Cellars launches its Virtual Cellar. Free to all customers, Virtual Cellar is a web-based wine collection management tool.
In November 2003, Toronto based Urban Cellars began offering off-site professional wine storage to downtown residents. The launching of Virtual Cellar completes phase 2 of the Urban Cellars business model aimed at providing a multi-dimensional solution to wine collectors lacking home cellar space.
“One of the problems inherent to other wine storage facilities is that enthusiasts are unable to browse and enjoy their collections” says co-founder Darren Keyes. To address this, Virtual Cellar allows customers to view their wine holdings from anywhere in the world via the internet.
Serious collectors will appreciate essential features such as searching and sorting as well as cellar statistics, printable reports and personal tasting notes. Future expansion of Virtual Cellar will include online ordering for pickup or delivery and account history and billing.
Co-founder Chris Morris continues, “As collectors ourselves, we recognize that our customers are busy urbanites who don’t always have the time to keep their wine inventories up to date. Virtual Cellar was designed specifically for them.”
Also in the works, Virtual Cellar Premium will offer label pictures, peak dates, current value, professional ratings and tasting notes. In addition, premium subscribers will view an enhanced range of statistics and custom reports on their collections.
